Our mission is a national effort to promote positive mental and physical health wellness by providing services and products  to help comfort children who experience trauma. Kuzidi is dedicated to serving:

• children in need of care who are placed in the social service networks
• disaster survivors who find themselves without a home
• young ones who are underserved or underprivileged
• refugees who find themselves without a country
• kids who suffer the loss of loved ones

Kuzidi is a Swahili word that means to exceed—to go beyond what you thought you could do.

Our goal, with your help, is to give comfort kits to each child who suffers loss.  Support our efforts to ease their stress withgifts including purposely selected products, videos, and services designed to help children be comforted, develop self-esteem, and spark discovery.

Kuzidi provides free high-quality books, products, and programs that offer children outlets for positive expression, enhance literacy, promote communication, and encourage physical activity.
